Amerfond® Fondant Sugar

Amerfond® Fondant Sugar micron-sized crystals of pure cane sugar crystallized with invert sugar to produce white, free-flowing porous particles resistant to caking. Amerfond® provides rapid wet-out in cold water with excellent extrusion qualities and generates an ultra-smooth creamy textured fondant for candy products with superior whiteness and taste. The convenient no-cook method is a medium for dispersing fats, oils, colors, flavors and emulsifiers; resulting in no separation, grit, or clumping texture in your finished product.

Brownulated® Brown Sugar

Brownulated® Brown Sugar Granules and Powders are all-natural premium high quality free-flowing brown sugars that are 100% soluble in cold water and resistant to caking. The light brown color, sweet clean flavor, and smooth caramel aroma complement and enhance light, medium and robust sweet and savory flavors. Brownulated® Brown Sugars ability to rapidly wet-out provides resistance to caking, facilitate automatic batching, and their uniform color makes them ideal for use in liquid and dry blending. They add body and mouth feel to conventional and natural bakery, cereal, confections, prepared foods, soups and seasonings foods applications. BSM Dark Molasses

Brown Sugar Molasses (BSM) Dark is a versatile ingredient with a dark amber brown color, and full bodied flavor. It is a “building block” ingredient for flavor development to fortify sweet, savory or spice flavor profiles. The unique product formulations are also designed to give flexibility. When uniformly mixed with Domino white refined granulated sugar, they produce a brown sugar with standardized “sweet brown” color, flavor and aroma yielding cost savings in handling storage and logistics. Applications include bakery, confections, cereals, prepared foods, snacks and sauces. Brown Sugar Molasses is also available in light and medium formulation.

Homemaid® Molasses

Homemaid® Molasses is a premium high quality natural sweetener with a light brown color, clean taste and smooth caramel aroma. Molasses is a natural sweetener extracted from sun-dried mature sugar cane. It is a nutritive sweetening agent that offers many beneficial attributes and is the ideal substitute for highly refined sugar and non-nutritive syrups. This product is unsulphured and is a natural source of salts and other essential minerals and vitamins, containing the highest amount of total sugars to accent traditional, ethnic and fusion foods with light to medium berry, fruit, herb, nut, spice and tropical flavor profiles. Additional attributes include enhanced flavor, adds body and mouth feel to baked goods, confections, prepared foods, snacks and sauces, acts as a leavening agent to uniformly regulate dough fermentation, is a natural humectant that helps to extend shelf life, is effective in masking undesirable flavors, and provides antioxidant properties.

TCT® Blackstrap Molasses

TCT® Blackstrap Molasses is a strongly flavored, dark brown colored molasses characterized by a heat resistant flavor. TCT® Blackstrap Molasses unique flavor profile melds well with sweet and savory robust flavors such as licorice, chocolate, coffee, nut and tomato. Applications include bakery, confection, prepared foods, seasonings, and snacks. TCT® Blackstrap Molasses is a natural source of salts, and unlike refined sugars, contains high levels of other essential vitamins and minerals. It is a natural humectant that helps to extend the shelf life and effectively masks undesirable flavors in the application. This Kosher certified product is produced and packed in accordance with good commercial practices.

Demerara (Natural) Cane Sugar

Demerara (Natural) Cane Sugar is a large grain natural sugar with a rich amber color, unique texture, subtle molasses flavor, and bold aroma. It is the least processed form of sugar containing more minerals and humectant properties than white refined sugar. An excellent economical and natural alternative to refined sugar, it’s ideal for cereal and baking applications and to add sparkle and crunch to cookies, cakes, and other desserts. Demerara (Natural) Cane Sugar is “Turbanado” type natural sugar and may require usage levels be adjusted in certain applications. Organic Demerara Cane Sugar is also available.

Domino® Light

Domino® Light is a unique product that consists of an agglomerated blend of granulated EFG Sugar, dried Stevia Leaf Extract and natural flavors. Stevia is a high intensity natural sweetener extracted from the leaf of the Stevia plant that has been used for centuries for its sweetening capabilities. The dried extract yields a 95% Reb. A glycoside purity level, a sugar molecule found in plants, and is 200-400 times the sweetness of sugar. The sugar composition of granulated sugar mixed with Stevia, enables Food Manufacturers the opportunity to reduce the granulated sugar and calorie content, while providing basic sugar “functionality” and natural sweetness, to low caloric beverages, bakery, confections, dairy, deserts, sauces and snack foods. For manufacturing zero calorie products, Stevia is also available in variety of purity levels: Stevia Reb. A - 98%; Stevia Reb. A - 95%; Stevia Reb. A - 80%; and Stevia Reb. A -60%. Stevia is not of genetically modified origin and does not contain any genetically engineered additives or ingredients and is certified Kosher.

Evaporated Cane Juice

Evaporated Cane Juice (ECJ) is a fine granulated, soluble, minimally processed general purpose sweetener. It retains a slight golden tan color and subtle taste profile from the original cane juice that will enhance any application. The single crystallization process gives ECJ its attractive flavor, color and nutritional profile. It is the ideal alternative to refined white sugar in traditional and natural bakery, confection, cereal, prepared food, soup, and snack and sauce food applications. Evaporated Cane Juice (ECJ) is also available in powdered, syrup, and Organic options.

Evaporated Cane Juice- Powdered

Powdered Evaporated Cane Juice (ECJ) is a very fine grain baking and confectioner’s sweetener with a natural mild sugarcane flavor. ECJ is ground into a fine 10X powder and blended with non-GMO certified cornstarch to prevent caking that produces an off-white coloring. Powdered ECJ adds natural sweetness, bulk, and structure to icings, glazes, frappe, frosting, fudge, whipped creams, hard candies, and other confections. Evaporated Cane Juice (ECJ) is also available in granulated and syrup formulations and an organic certified option.

FreshVert ® Invert Syrup

Freshvert® Syrup is a standardized invert made from pure cane sugar by a process that converts sucrose into a combination of fructose and dextrose sugars, resulting in a characteristically unique sweetener systemThese sugars have significantly different characteristics than sucrose, corn syrup combinations, or other sugarsFreshvert® Syrup has a mild, light flavor, increases moisture retention in fresh baked goods, improves crust color, is 100% soluble, and enhances shelf life in sweet and savory baked products. It also adds texture and controls crystallization in cream centers and fudge. A “low brix” invert it is more shelf stable than “high brix” invert. Other invert syrups include Freshvert® Creamy and Freshvert® Crystal 50 (a partial invert).

Nulomoline® _#11

Nulomoline® #11 is a partially inverted sugar syrup that has a light pale yellow color. This product is manufactured from refined granulated cane sugar which is subsequently liquefied and inverted to yield a syrup containing approximately equal quantities of sucrose and invert sugar resulting in a product which is resistant to crystallization. Nulomoline® #11 has a light flavor note, increases moisture retention in fresh baked goods, improves crust color, is 100% soluble, and enhances shelf life in sweet and savory products. Nulomoline® #11 can also be used in drink applications as stable sweetening syrup. Other invert products include Nulomoline® Congealed, Nulomoline® Liquid, and Nulomoline® #7 (a low Brix invert syrup).

Light Brown Cane Sugar – Organic

Certified Organic Light Brown Sugar is a blend of organic evaporated cane juice and organic molasses which produces a balanced, rich molasses–sweet flavor and aroma, a dark golden brown color, and a fine, rapid-dispersability crystal size. Ideal for accenting and intensifying traditional or ethnic foods including baked goods, sauces, cookies, caramels, cereals, desserts, and crumb toppings. This product is certified organic by Quality Assurance International under USDA-NOP and EU programs. Also available are Brown Sugar- Organic medium and dark color options and Demerara (Natural) Cane Sugar.

Evaporated Cane Juice – Organic – Imported

Certified Organic Evaporated Cane Juice (ECJ) – Imported is a fine granulated, soluble, general purpose sweetener. It retains a slight golden tan color and subtle taste profile from the original cane juice that will enhance any application. The single crystallization process gives Organic ECJ its attractive flavor, color and nutritional profile. It is an alternative to traditional and artificial sweeteners in natural and organic bakery, confection, cereal, prepared food, soup, and snack and sauce food applications. Evaporated Cane Juice (ECJ) is also available in natural and organic certified powdered and syrup formulations. This product is certified organic by Quality Assurance International (QAI). under USDA-NOP and EU programs.

Qwik-Flo® Honey Granules/Powder

Qwik-Flo® Honey Granules and Powder are unique products manufactured through our proprietary co-crystallization process and are made with 100% pure honey and cane sugar. The distinctive smooth honey flavor and pure golden color complement and enhance light to robust sweet and savory flavors, and add body and mouth feel in liquid or dry conventional and natural foods products. Easy to blend and non-hygroscopic, the characteristics of these instantly soluble free flowing ingredients’ increase usage and handling efficiencies in bakery mixes, cereals, seasoning blends, dried soups, and beverages. These products are not of genetically modified origin and do not include any genetically engineered additives or ingredients.

Qwik-Flo® Molasses – Granules/Powder

Qwik-Flo® Molasses Dark Granules and Powder are unique products manufactured through our proprietary co-crystallization process. They are natural, free-flowing aggregates with the rich flavor, dark brown color and sweetness of cane sugar and cane molasses. The distinctive characteristics complement and enhance sweet and savory flavors, and add body and mouth feel to bakery, cereal, confections, prepared foods, soups and seasonings. Qwik-Flo® Molasses Dark is certified Kosher for Passover and contains no starch carriers or flow agents, and are ideal for use in liquid and dry conventional and natural foods applications. Low moisture content (less than 1.0%) results in excellent shelf-stable products which do not support microbiological growth. Qwik-Flo® Molasses is also available in light granulate and powder formulations.

Set & Match® Icing Sugar

Set & Match® Icing Sugar is a high quality bakery fondant type sugar used to make smooth, creamy textured icings, high quality glazes, drizzles and dustings. This ingredient provides rapid wet-out in cold water with excellent adherence and sheen as well as naturally extending shelf life. Its fast-drying characteristics with no separation, grit, or clumping texture result in a smooth non-cracking presentation for your finished product.

Corn Syrup Solids

ADM's Clintose _CR24 Corn Syrup Solids is a nutritive saccharide that is produced as a white and odorless powder. This specialty product has a multitude of functional properties, and can be utilized in a wide range of applications such as infant formulas, coffee whiteners, instant sauces, and meats. Agave Nectar Dark – Organic

Organic Agave Nectar Dark is a versatile sweetener extracted from the “piña”- core of the Blue Agave plant; with a medium amber color and slightly more intense flavor profile. The primary sugar composition is fructose based, sugars found naturally in fruits and vegetable, which yield a low glycemic food index and maintains a steady energy balance during digestion. Organic Agave Nectar Dark is non–crystallizing, quick dissolving, has a sweetness value 25% greater than sugar and a viscosity slightly thinner than honey. It gives Food Technologists the ability to reduce or substitute High Fructose Corn Syrups (HFCS) and other highly processed sweetening agents and decreases the amount of additives and preservatives on the label declaration. It is a hypo-allergenic, Gluten Free multi-purpose sweetener suitable for low sugar foods and a Vegan diet enhancing medium to robust flavor profiles in beverages, smoothies, healthy snacks, sauces, dressings, deserts, and confections. Organic Agave Nectar Dark is not of genetically modified origin and does not contain any genetically engineered additives or ingredients. Also available in Organic Agave Nectar Light, this product is certified organic by QAI and under USDA- NOP and EU programs and is certified Kosher.

Stevia RA98

Stevia Extract - Rebaudioside A (Reb A 98% is a high intensity natural sweetener extracted from the leaf of the Stevia plant. Stevia, known as ”sweet leaf”, has been used for centuries in South America and Asia for its sweetening capabilities in traditional food, drink and medicinal remedies. The dried extract yields a 98% Reb. A glycoside purity level,  a sugar molecule found in plants, and is 200-400 times the sweetness of sugar. The sugar composition yields no calorie intake and does not affect the glycemic index in energy balance during digestion. It is a hypo-allergenic, and adds natural sweetness to low or non-caloric beverages, bakery, confections, dairy, deserts, sauces and snack foods. Stevia is also available in a variety of sweetness intensities: Stevia Reb A-95% Stevia Reb A- 80% and Stevia  Reb A-60% and Domino Light sugar/stevia blend. Stevia is not of genetically modified origin and does not contain any genetically engineered additives or ingredients and is certified Kosher.

Sucralose

Sucralose is a sweet, white to off‐white, odorless, crystalline powder. It is freely soluble in water, in alcohol and slightly soluble in ethyl acetate. It is suitable for human consumption as a high‐intense, non‐nutritive sweetener and flavor enhancer.

Sesame Seed – White, Hulled

The clean, dried, decorticated seeds of the Sesamum Indicum plant. They are free-flowing, slightly hard, flat, oval, smooth and shiny. Product of India.

Sesame Seed – Toasted, Hulled

The clean, dried, decorticated seeds of the Sesamum Indium plant which are then toasted to a light golden brown. They are free-flowing, slightly hard, flat, oval, and smooth. Product of India.

Long Grain Brown Rice Flour

Long Grain Brown Rice Flour is produced from freshly harvested whole grain brown rice that is milled to a specific particle size customized to ensure optimum ingredient functionality. Brown Rice Flour contains all the benefits of brown rice including complex carbohydrates and rice protein that breaks down slowly. Long Grain Brown Rice Flour’s low flavor, enhanced texture, color profile, and bulking ability are ideal for use in baby food, bakery, beverages, confection, cereals, frozen entrees, prepared foods, snacks, and sauces.
